I am passionate about living what I consider a "balanced" lifestyle.  A balanced lifestyle to me is one where you are physically and mentally healthy.  Meaning you are at a healthy size for you and mentally you are good with where you are at.

I am a former NFL cheerleader turned runner/ yogi and foodie. When I am not working out I have a full time job and live in DC.

I recently began graduate school at American University for Health Promotion Management and thus what prompted me to start this blog. My blog will include some of my favorite food chronicles and health recipe twists that are still yummy to everyday dishes, working out habits  trends and tips, and how I find some balance in my life.

If ever I go on a diet it will be documented here or try some fad new work out trends.

And remember being balanced is a lifestyle - NOT a diet :)
